The Snow Agency is a growing digital marketing agency in need of an Email Developer for the Email Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coding multiple designs across accounts in various niches, primarily eCommerce. The Email Developer will report to the Email Marketing Manager.
2-3 years of experience in creating responsive newsletter templates preferred. Klaviyo experience is a plus. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Design, and code all email campaigns, including marketing, triggered, and ad hoc as requested.
- Import mobile-responsive templates to Klaviyo
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure that links, images, subject lines, and lists function properly across platforms and ISPs; troubleshoot technician issues and consults with support as necessary to implement solutions.
- Work with the email marketing team to create templates and optimize campaign builds.
- Create high-quality templates and emails and be able to test on multiple platforms before delivering to marketing.
- Incorporate live text when needed.
- Look for opportunities to test new designs to drive creative growth and brand presence.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Photoshop proficient
- Platform experience with Klaviyo
- Understanding of best practices for email accessibility and deliverability. Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations.
