The Snow Agency is seeking a self-motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and driving positive results for our clients. The role acts as a social media strategist within Meta, Tiktok, and more to build and optimize our clients’ Organic Social Media strategy. The person filling this position will manage a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships through weekly calls and slack communication. The individual will collaborate with our internal teams to exceed their client’s KPIs. The email copywriter will report to the Organic Social Team Lead.
1 Year of general marketing experience is preferred but not required. Recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

- Fulfill creative and copywriting requests for active accounts
- Deliver content calendars, organic performance reports, and updates to clients
- Deliver content calendars, organic performance reports, and updates to clients
- Seek out high-converting content styles for the agency to use and drive improvement of content best practices
- Deploy and monitor campaigns, communications, and creative tests within your organic accounts to draw conclusions and optimize performance
- Provide community management for accounts to nurture their customer base. This includes but is not limited to filtering and monitoring comments, and bringing urgent customer service issues to the client and/or team's attention when needed.
- Be the direct point of contact for your clients for your respective channel from the time of onboarding to offboarding
- Create a weekly report for every account that breaks down your organic account metrics for the week
- Meet with clients on a recurring call to review your weekly reporting and discuss brand direction, account performance, and upcoming campaigns
- Identify and plan the creative needs for all accounts
- Knowledge of the different Social Channels (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs
- Ability to multitask while providing support for other teams
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Excitement to grow and learn valuable skills within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
