The Snow Agency is a growing digital marketing agency in need of a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to help us develop our CRM and implement Salesforce best practices.
In this role you work with department leaders to customize our Salesforce instance to our company’s unique needs.
The remote Salesforce Developer/Administrator will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with department leaders.
Minimum of 1-Year of Salesforce Administrator, Database Administrator or similar experience required.

- Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
- Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
- Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
- Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
- Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

- Assist in managing Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on Salesforce
- Create and implement changes to applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages
- Support the integration of general business systems and data into Salesforce
- Develop and maintain effective documentation on integrations, processes, and other solutions
- Create and maintain reporting on Salesforce metrics and make accessible to other parts of The Snow Agency
- Suggest and aid in the selection and implementation of additional Salesforce tools and products to improve agent efficiency & experience
- Identify opportunities for use of process automation in connection with Salesforce use and support implementation
- Maintain data quality and data cleanup in SFDC via constant data analysis, scheduled reports, data loads and validation rules.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce data entry & maintenance best practices for entire sales team and other relevant individuals including, but not limited to, Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Partnerships, Finance, Department Leaders
- Partner with department leaders to understand how their workflows can connect to Salesforce
- Partner with our reporting team to understand how to import our external marketing data and integrate it with our Accounts
- Partner with our head of email marketing and head of sales to implement a marketing automation strategy to our book of Salesforce contacts
- Partner with our finance team to integrate DocuSign and QuickBooks into Salesforce
- Research and partner with a Salesforce developer agency to implement advanced features as needed
- Build applicant tracking system
- 1+ years of Salesforce Administrator or Database Administrator experience required
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree: Degree in IT or related field preferred but not required
- Experience with APEX, Visualforce Pages, APIs, Communities, and Lightning is required
- Experience loading and extracting data to and from Salesforce
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud product knowledge required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred but not required
- Salesforce Developer Certification preferred but not required
- Recent experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and/or Apex preferred
- Experience integrating Salesforce data with third-party and custom applications is required
