Trigger Fanatics


Trigger Fanatics was a brand new company that wanted to launch their brand online. They needed help building a website, creating content, developing a brand identity, and acquiring customers in a quick and profitable manner. 


Due to the fact that Trigger Fanatics had no creative assets, pixel data, or inbound traffic prior to working with us, we had to take an extremely methodical approach to traffic acquisition. Although there was no initial conversion data for the pixel to learn from, we still optimized for conversion immediately. Moreover, we spent the first week of the campaign simply learning how different demographics reacted to our content, ad copy, and product. After taking a deep dive into the feedback (both positive and negative) of our initial campaigns, it gave us insights into what specific criteria was needed in our next piece of produced content to resonate with our target market. We continued this process throughout the length of the campaign and allowed us to make meaningful creative and analytical adjustments to provide us the ability to scale the Trigger Fanatics brand. After the first 30 days of marketing, our meticulous attention to detail has produced such phenomenal results that it left Trigger Fanatics with a large shortage of products that we had to cut-back ad spend.

Our Process

Develop Ideal Customer Profile

Due to the fact that Trigger Fanatics had no data, they also had no idea who their target market was. In order to create content, ad copy, and branding that converted to sales we first needed to get a deep understanding of what the ideal customer profile looked like. After testing countless interest and data based audiences, as well as listening to feedback from customers, we were then able to develop what the ideal customer profile looked like. This was extremely crucial as it built the foundation on how we were able to properly target, segment, and spend advertising dollars in an efficient manner.

Content Creation

We created ALL the marketing material used on Facebook and Instagram ads for Trigger Fanatics. This included a wide range of video-based content used for prospecting, retargeting, and Instagram stories. We also captured high-quality photos that were used for email marketing, social media content, and social media ads. Moreover, we also produced UGC (user-generated content) videos which were used on various ad campaigns and allowed us to create many different iterations of content used to tell the story of the brand.

Increase Website User Experience

After launching the website, we knew that in order to be able to scale we had to increase the AOV(average order value) and CR (conversion rate). After allowing the website to get enough data in its first 30 days, we were able to take a deep dive into how customers were engaging with the website so that we could make meaningful adjustments to allow customers to quickly purchase the products. This resulted in a 58% increase in conversion rate after the first 60 days as compared to the first 7 days of the companies’ launch. Moreover, in order to raise the average order value, we built a custom made funnel after customers had already purchased the product. This funnel included scarcity and urgency of specific offers that enticed customers enough to want to add these products to their cart. This resulted in a 35% increase in average order value after the first 60 days as compared to the first 7 days of the companies’ launch.

Generate Sales Profitability With
No Data

Due to the fact that Trigger Fanatics was a new and unknown brand, we were not able to rely on any previous data or customer base to work off of. In order to face this challenge, we began by implementing custom audiences as well as interested based audiences relating closely to what we believed the target demographic to be. As we began to accumulate more data and insights into our target market, it allowed us to efficiently scale marketing with a great return on ad spend. We also built and segmented an entire behavioral custom sequential journey that gave various offers and content to prospective customers. In our first 60 days of launching Trigger Fanatics, we were able to generate $296,738.59 with a 3.4 ROAS. This great success allowed Trigger Fanatics to invest heavily into more influencers, content, and inventory to ensure the future success of their brand.
